Сама по себе почта работает довольно медленно, это знают все, но в данном отделение работает прекрасная женщина, которая прекрасно помогает и направляет по посылкам

Ужасное обслуживание. Сегодня отправлял посылку, оператор Аскерова Айгуль. Отделение 109559 Не компетентный сотрудник, не умеющая работать с клиентами. Первоначально озвучивает не реально высокий прайс за отправку посылки не предложив альтернативы отправки, как выяснилось можно отправить на много дешевле, спросив сотрудника почему она так сделала, ответила, что ну да можно дешевле. Разочарован в данном отделении, более никогда не посещу его и не посоветую знакомым. Надеюсь руководство отреагирует на данную жалобу.

Сотрудники отправляют посылки первым классом , даже не предупреждая об этом и игнорируя просьбы о стандартной отправке. Потом говорят, что у них стандартная отправка не возможна. В итоге выдали фразу: "Вы нас тоже поймите, у нас планы, и нам обычные отправки не нужны " Ужасный сервис. Испорчено настроение и лояльность к Почте России на минимум. Будьте внимательны с этими сотрудниками.

тут работают очень хорошие женщины. всегда подскажут, помогут. несмотря на большие очереди. лично для меня качество обслуживания всегда превыше всего, и тут оно замечательное.
