По фактической работе (потери посылок/писем) никогда нареканий не было, но: 1) Часто операторы хамят, сами путаются в своих же правилах (например, нужно ли при получении посылки писать адрес на обратной стороне), в общем ты сам должен во всем разбираться, а не отвлекать операторов дурацкими вопросами. 2) Каждый раз новые правила/какая-то отсебятина. То номер телефона и бумажное извещение, то только ФИО достаточно. БАРДАК! 3) ВСЕГДА ОЧЕРЕДИ! ВСЕГДА!!! По 5-6 человек, в какое время не приходи. Меняется только количество окошек. ВСЕ работающие окна видела за 15 лет, которые туда хожу, раза 3... 3) Помещение почты тесное, пыльное, очень старое. Только окошко Почта банка смотрится шикарно. И рекламные экраны. Все остальное - как в провинциальном городке в 80-х. Летом душно. Отзыв решила написать потому, что 11 июня стояла 20 минут в очереди (18:30-18:50), потом вышла оператор и сказала, что почта закрывается и больше никого не примут, сокращенный день. При этом НИКАКОГО объявления об этом не было! Окна у почты, хоть и безобразно грязные, но большие - неужели они не видели очереди на улице?! Почему нельзя было сказать о закрытии не за 10 минут, а за полчаса? Повесить объявление? Так сложно распечатать бумажку а4? Нас стояло там человек 5, некоторые с детьми. И люди интеллигентные - хамить/орать никто не стал(!) Спросили: когда теперь в следующий раз будет открыто. Ответила сотрудница почты, которая там уже 100 лет работает: В субботу с 9:00. Пришла в субботу (сегодня), а почта ЗАКРЫТА! Безобразное отношение к клиентам. Ужасно! Я оставлю предыдущий отзыв, но хочу исправить оценку и написать, что за последние полгода 2020 года стало значительно ЛУЧШЕ! Стало больше операторов и исчезли очереди! Очень приятно, что улучшаете сервис. Молодцы! Будет круто, если ещё всё-таки косметический ремонт удастся сделать ;)
