Тепло, светло,уютно.. Много окошек, все работает. Людей не много. Понятная навигация, бланки в свободном доступе. Если чего не ясно, то днём есть две девочки, все подскажут. Мне нравится

Сотрудники очень отзывчивые, помогают даже в нештатных ситуациях. Очередей, практически, нет.

Сотрудник Лёгкая Светлана редкостная хамка,таким не место в сфере обслуживания клиентов ,не знает элементарных стандартов сервиса,просьба рассмотреть соответствие должности данного сотрудника !!!Такого хамства и унижения я не испытывала никогда в своей жизни.

на сайте нет ни одного телефона по которому можно дозвонится на одних сай тах указано 495 на других 499- код. Но не работает ни один телефон Безобразие!!!!!!!!
