Куча негативных отзывов, вот только как ни прихожу за посылкой, всякий раз наблюдаю классическую картину - очередной клиент, будто весь день ждал, копил, сдерживался, начинает с ходу хамить работникам почты. Ни разу при мне никто из самих работниц не грубил посетителям! Наоборот, работают очень вежливые и приятные люди. Просто срываться и истерить не надо) Это вам не обсуга за окошками сидит, целовать ботинки вам не должны. Людьми будьте в любой ситуации и все будет ок ;)

Отвратительная работа сотрудников этого отделения. Автомат с талончиками работает, но им почему-то пользоваться нельзя, все в порядке живой очереди. Подходишь к окну, говорят ждите и начинают обслуживать другого клиента, который пришел позже. Оплата картой сразу ломает аппарат и комп почему-то. Мечутся между собой и кидают клиентов друг другу. Очень злые, грубят, хамят, девушек пренебрежительно называют "дамами". Заставили адрес на коробке написать вручную, в других отделениях давно уже такого нет, под диктовку вбивают в комп, печатают и прикрепляют к посылке. Это занимает гораздо меньше времени, чем она потом вручную написанный переспрашивает. На мой вопрос по поводу этого отвечать не стала, типа ей так удобнее, мне нахамила, сказала, что некогда отвечать на мои вопросы, отстань🤦‍♀️ Одно из худших отделений, разочарование 👎

Сами операторы хорошие, просто условия работы не очень.. Небольшая площадь. Постоянно много народа, из-за этого душно.
