Такого безобразия, как творится в этом почтовом отделении, я нигде еще не встречал. С посетителями общаются грубо. Чтобы пенсию получить, надо недели две кланяться, а иначе "денег нет!"Постоянно у них какие-то программы "зависают" или ломаются. Письма-извещения о штрафах ГИБДД не носят совсем. А на обороте письма помечают "нет дома". Дома мы всегда с 12 до 13ч, и после 17ч. Но из 8 штрафов не принесли ни одного письма. Я оформил СМС сообщение о наличии штрафов, и когда их получаю, сам хожу на почту за письмами, специально недели через две. Все это время каждое письмо лежит на полке почтового отделения. Полный бардак!

Добрый день. Я официальный представитель Почты России в социальных сетях. Неуважительное отношение к клиентам со стороны сотрудников почтового отделения недопустимо. Вы можете написать о всех нарушениях в работе отделения подробно нам на blog@russianpost.ru, указав трек-номера отправлений, Ваши ФИО и адресные данные, дату и время посещения отделения, ФИО или описание внешности сотрудников. Будем разбираться.
