Часто заказываю товары из Китая , забираю товар в этом отделении. Старенькое, серое, обшарпанное здание, почти постоянно работает одно окно, и так же постоянно очереди бабулек, у которых в руках кипа счёт-фактур с квартплатой. Мне порой кажется надо почту переименовать в бюро оплаты коммунальных услуг. Помню как то раз смиренно и покорно отстояла очередь в течении часа лишь для того чтобы узнать что письмо (у меня было отправление 1класса, надо было срочно) отправить не получится - "машина сломалась, приходите в понедельник(кстати была пятница), то есть почтовые услуги почта не может мне предложить..печалька, пришлось идти в другое отделение, на декабристов, вот оно то и с ремонтом и отправить удалось. Так же не понравилось что в данном отделении нет возможности подтвердить личность(портал госуслуги), и опять пришлось топать в отделении на декабристов...ещё бывало мне в ящик кинули извещение о посылке, на почте выдали. Но на самой коробке был указан другой адрес и другой получатель, но мне без проблем выдали(хотя как то в другом отделении два дня не выдавали мне посылку изза того что адрес не совпал), посылку конечно же вернула не отходя от работника и настойчиво попросила что бы извещение написали правильно, человек же оплатил и ждёт ..недавно женщина спрашивает-моей дочке пришла посылка, можно я её заберу?,,в ответ - да, конечно"...я в шоке...
