Вопреки громкой славе ПОЧТЫ РОССИИ данное отделение удивляет - очень милые, вежливые и главное - расторопные сотрудницы! Никогда не толпится часовая очередь, как во многих других отделениях, персонал всегда вежлив и отзывчив. Переехав на новое место жительства стали относиться территориально к этому отделению и радости нет границ, т.к. посылки из Китая заказываем ну ОЧЕНЬ часто, а получать их в ЭТОМ отделении - просто радость! Один минус - почтальон порой кладет извещения по чужим ящикам, а иногда в наш ящик приходят извещения вообще с других районов Тюмени.

Здравствуйте. Я официальный представитель Почты России в социальных сетях. По факту ненадлежащей доставки извещений можно подать письменное заявление в своём отделении почтовой связи или в почтамте по месту проживания. Будет проведена проверка.

Спасибо большое, Дмитрий. Благодарю за то. что кто-то следит и за мнением народа, и за работой почтового отделения. Я учту информацию, но пока хочу решить это на местном уровне - без предоставления проблем сотрудницам отделения. Просьбу о более внимательном распределении уведомлений я уже в устной форме передала сотрудницам.

Хочу выразить благодарность работникам данного отделения! Всегда приветливые, отзывчивые и заинтересованные! Ни огромных очередей, ни потерянных отправлений! Стала пользоваться услугами Почты РФ только благодаря отделению #41! Большое Вам спасибо!
