7 апреля 2017 г. в п/о №2 взяла в терминале талон б320 (17.45). 7 человек в зале ожидания. Работают только два окна №2 и 3. 3 окно почти не принимала, а №2 одну клиентку обслуживала более часа. Люди возбужденные бросали талоны и уходили. Я простояла более 1,5 часа. Со стороны работа операторов выглядела не профессиональной. На вопросы людей, почему так долго, особо не реагировали. И так почти всегда. Отвратительная работа операторов.

Отправил почтой исполнительный лист в Совкомбанк, так мало того, что его отказались брать. (Хотя лист находятся в конверте) Так еще и на почте две недели продержали. Сейчас буду писать жалобу и подавать иск в суд на почту России. Зачем спрашивается держать две недели конверт с заказной почтой?
