Отвратительное почтовое отделение. Всегда получал посылки в Москве. Переехал в Лобню, и просто нет слов. Посылки теряются с завидным постоянством. Жена заказала посылку по России, так они ни принеся не одного извещения отправили ее назад. Я ждал посылку из Китая, получил от отправителя информацию что поступило на почту. Пришёл в отделение, смотреть не хотят. Плати, посмотрим. Платить не хочешь, жди. Ждал. Когда пришло наконец извещение (после того как там немного повздорил) пришел получить посылку. Оказалось что она там уже более 2-х недель лежала. Говорю почему так? В ответ - "Проходите, нам некогда с вами общаться". В общем, такого бардака не видел давно. За 2 года покупок в Китае, через московское отделение потерялась всего 1 посылка, тут процентов 50 не доходит. Из этого делаю вывод что почта России работает, а вот местечковые отделения делают чего хотят. Пришлось начать заказывать опять на Москву. Теперь езжу за почтой туда.

Здравствуйте. Я официальный представитель Почты России в социальных сетях.Для проведения служебной проверки по факту ненадлежащей доставки извещений Вы можете подать письменное заявление в почтовом отделении по месту доставки отправления или в почтамте по месту проживания. В заявлении указываются сведения об адресах и полных ФИО отправителя и получателя, а также прикладывается копия квитанции, выданная при приёме почтового отправления.
