Отвратительное обслуживание! Оператор медлительная, к тому-же хамка! На сайте написано что работают до 20-00, на деле же до 18-00. В итоге в 17-45 она меня разворачивает домой. Работать не умеет совершенно. Вторая женщина что помоложе, все делает быстро, вежливая. Эта же, на компьютере то толком работать не умеет! Когда же она наконец-то уйдёт на пенсию. Невозможно ходить к ней!

В понедельник у них выходной, а написано, что рабочий день. Планирую свой день заранее, смотрю расписание, а все бесполезно. Там своя жизнь. График на официальном сайте также не соответствует действительности. Видимо для отчетности написали: "почта РФ - клиентоориентированная теперь компания". А сотрудники не менее чем министры сидят. Вечная очередь. Очень неприятно.
