Услугами этого отделения пользуюсь часто,получаю посылки исклюяительно из-за границы,больше никакие операции не выполняю на почте.Спасибо , что сделали получение международных посылок в окошке,теперь миную киллометровые очереди.

Вот радует меня наша почта (с болью вспоминаю это отделение года 2 назад, да и почтовую систему вообщем). Услагами почты стараюсь не пользоваться, но все больше пользуюсь интернет магазинами, в одном из которых доставка почтой 7% от стоимости заказа (что для меня наиболее приемлемо). Первый раз получала посылку в сентябре 2015, с Волгограда пришла за 2 недели, заполнила найденную в почтовом ящике квиташку, пришла на почту, после 15 минут в очереди посылочка в руках. В этот раз (февраль 16) посылка шла 18 дней, движение посылки отслеживала в инете и о поступлении на почту узнала от туда же, это было около 11 часов утра. В 12 часов муж сбросил фото квиташки, которую нашел в ящике идя на обед. Решила после работы заехать на почту, но домой заезжать за квиташкой не хотелось, сформировала квитанцию на их сайте, распечатала и в 7 вечера явилась в почтовое отделение. Работало одно окно, в очереди была третья. Простояв буквально пару минут девушка разбирающая посылки обратилась ко мне с вопросом что я хотела, и, узнав что посылка без оплаты, предложила обслужить меня. посмотрев заполненный мной формуляр и паспорт тут же выдала мне посылку, после чего я радостно удалилась. Очень рада что почта на столько подтянула свой сервис, прям спасибо
