01.09.2020 пришла на почту в Криводановке купить комплект постельного белья по цене 796 р. Взяв его я подошла на кассу, в недоумении кассир позвала начальницу с вопросом - почему не соответствует цена? На что Воронова мне заявила, что акция закончилась на прошлой неделе и цена комплекта сейчас 1066 р. Я попросила продать мне по заявленной цене, так как закон этот знаю, что то, что они не сменили ценник это их проблемы и продать они обязаны по цене, которая указана, тем более если покупатель настаивает. Воронова ответила, что она это знает, но продавать не будет за 796 р. Это что за отношение такое и не соблюдение законов от начальницы?! Прошу разобраться и принять меры в отношении этой дамы.

Вот есть хорошие люди а есть работники Криводановской почты ! Как переехали сюда - удивлялась какая хорошая здесь почта, но не долго счастье длилось - куда-то исчезли молодые, приветливые, продвинутые девушки, и работа почтового отделения остановилась! Каждую операцию выполняют по 30-40 минут, буквы наверное на клавиатуре ищут. Работают как захотят - на сайте и 2gis один режим работы написан - у них другой! Платежи в том числе посылки можно отправить только до 13, иногда ( наверное когда настроение хорошее) до 16:00. Зато на перерыв бегут , ни на минуту не задержатся ! Получение посылки по смс теперь здесь не знают , друг друга позвать, уточнить не могут ... постоянно что-то случается (как они говорят) с «программой»))) то пакетов нет , то штрихкодов- ужас ! Такое большое село и такая отвратительная почта , написала кучу жалоб - очень надеюсь что что-то изменится. Есть у них одна женщина- уведомления развозит и посылки выдаёт - всегда здоровается , приятная , аккуратная - поможет , расскажет .... если она уйдёт , все отделение можно закрывать !
