Бедные сотрудницы,очень жаль девчат,уже три раза попадала на не адекватную истеричную женщину..задерживает очередь и сворачивает кровь всем кто в этот момент в отделении.Снимает на камеру,высказывается в адрес внешности сотрудников..изводит по мелочам.....в общем терпения вам

Не думала, что напишу когда нибудь хороший отзыв про государственное учреждение. Все негативные отзывы, которые здесь написаны- правда. Я живу на Донской и обслуживают в этом отделении уже 7 лет. Хуже ничего не видела, то наложенный платеж не выдают (потеряли они видите ли что то), то очередь по 10-15 человек. И так было всегда, я даже жалобу как то писала на ЖД вокзале (там их начальница сидит), толку ноль Но буквально с полгода как у них поменялся начальник , уж куда старую дели не знаю , надеюсь её отправили стоять в очередях)))) Теперь и посылку без паспорта получить можно (по смс), и конверты в наличии (просто магия, при прошлой руководительнице не было даже скотча), и даже очередей практически не бывает. Но самое главное, никто тебе не хамит, а все старые сотрудники вдруг чудом стали вежливыми и культурными😂 Точно говорят, рыба гниёт с головы. Надеюсь , что наша отделение наконец то станет НОРМАЛЬНЫМ, неужели сами не видят работники, что если они начали себя вести нормально, быстро и слаженно делать свою работу, то никто с ними не ругается, не скандалит. Пришел, получил, иногда даже отзыв написал положительный))) И обращение к руководству, если вы это читаете, обратите внимание на ваших руководителей отделений! В нашем случае стоило только поменять начальницу - и всё прям ускорились и окультурились😉

Среди отделений Октябрьского района - лучшее. Есть недоработки, но это вопросы к руководству Почта России. Сотрудники стараются, как могут. Спасибо Вам!!!
