Сказать, что я окунулась в совок, ничего не сказать!( Такого хамства от сотрудников почты, я не слышала наверно со времен 90-х)))) Около 16-00 06.10 я посетила данное отделение. В помещении более 15 человек! У окна "Выдача" сотрудница( невысокая блондинка в очках) грубо разговаривает с посетителями. Далее по очереди подходит молодой человек, ему сотрудница посылает смс-сообщение ( электронная подпись) и в этот момент она отходит от окна и начинает с другой сотрудницей о чем то мило беседовать))) Когда посетители из очереди начали просить ее вернуться на раб.место и отпустить клиента, она проигнорировала просьбу! Наговорившись , сотрудница все же вернулась на свое рабочее место и в грубой форме начала хамить следующему очереднику!!! По всей видимости, сегодня у сотрудницы праздник "Всемирный день хамства!" Часто пользуюсь вашими услугами, но с таким хамством столкнулась первый раз.....

У них был рабочий день в субботу до 14 часов. Сегодня пришел в 13-30. На двери висит объявление, ч то для улучшения эпидемиологической ситуации в субботу выходной. Понимаю в будние дни делают дезинфекцияю через каждые 2 час. Но, не понимаю, почему в субботу нельзя работать. Полагаю, что поскольку весна очень теплая, то вместо того,чтобы работать, лучше отдохнуть на даче.
