Многие тут написали, что теряются посылки, большие очереди - это ничто по сравнению с их наглостью, грубостью, нахальностью. Девушка молодая только адекватная, которая корреспонденцию разносит. Сколько бы я не ругалась и не звонила в службы, по-фи-гу, они ещё и скажут, что ты пришла ни с того ни с чего устроила скандал, нахамила и ушла, так было лично у меня, у кого положительные отзывы о данной почте - смутно верится. Лично мое скромное мнение. Про то, что очереди большие, дак про это я молчу, тут так практически всегда 👍🏻 Больше всего нравится, когда стоит перед тобой женщина или мужчина, им что-то не нравится или посылку потеряли, крики скандалы, когда человек уходит за дверь и пофигу, что стоят люди и слушают, как поливают того человека, я считаю это вообще некомпетентностью и бесчеловечностью данных работников. Ну и напоследок. Когда я звонила на нашу главную почту, чтобы как-то разобрались и утихомирили работников, мне там сказали «ну не нравится, ездите тогда и получайте сами посылки куда-то там» с чего бы я должна ездить туда? Я хожу туда, куда мне нужно, положено и по адресу. Дальше ходишь туда, появляются новые сотрудники и те дерганые и неуравнобешенные, очень странно такое поведение в сторону людей, которые пришли не к ним домой, а забрать свое будь то посылка или корреспонденция. Неприятно, но ходишь и уже не обращаешь никакого внимания. Очень жаль, что за счёт нас у них есть работа, а они так относятся к нам «простым смертным получателям посылок с Алиэкспресс»
