18.12.2020 сотрудница данного отделения с фамилией Фенрих отказала мне в приёме посылки, упакованной по всем правилам. Свой отказ никак не объяснила, просто развернулась и ушла со словами "покупайте пакет, иначе не отправлю". Пришлось тратить время, идти в другое отделение и снова стоять в очереди - кстати, там посылку приняли без проблем. Пока на Почте России работают такие люди, как Фенрих, мнение людей об этой организации не изменится. И никакой ремонт не поможет. В первую очередь нужно грамотно подбирать, обучать и контролировать персонал.
