Из-за переезда пришлось сменить почтовое отделение. Теперь стало страшно заказывать посылки. Сначала положили в почтовый ящик пустой пакет из-под посылки, теперь не присылают оповещения совсем. Посылка пролежала 3 недели на почте, а уведомления нет. Обслуживание очень медленное, из-за этого огромные очереди.

Не зря шутят, что "Почта России" это филиал ада. 14.09.20 пришла отправить посылку. Как обычно электронная очередь не работает, куча народа. Работают два окна из трех, причём в одном окне первые 15-20 минут обслуживали одного человека. Отстояла 40 минут, попросила пакет для отправления, и когда оператор увидела у меня банковскую карту в руках, сказала: "а терминал не работает" Терминал не работает... Вы серьёзно? А как-то можно об этом оповещать народ? Бумажку повесить, что только наличный расчёт. Это не первый раз, когда целый час стояла километрувую очередь и зря. В итоге злая ушла искать банкомат. По возвращении естественно пришлось встать в конец очереди. Когда моя очередь снова подошла, уже другой оператор спросив что мне нужно и услышав, что отправить посылку таак закатила глаза, ещё и сказала: " о Господи" Тут я не выдержала и высказала, что по-моему они оборзели. Что значит “о Господи“? Возмущаются, что их заставляют выполнять свою работу. Бедные несчастные. На работу принимают за умение хамить и медленно работать? Самое смешное, что у них и терминал не работает и сдачи нет.
