Одно из самых неработоспособных отделений, которые я посещал. Мне прислали посылку с неверно указанными данными 04.08.2020 я на протяжении 2х недель совместно с отправителем, пытался откорректировать данные, ошибку в которых допустил сотрудник отделения в г. Чехов 142300, но все оказалось безуспешным. И на мои жалобы в центральное отделение мне сказали что посылку не отдадут и в такой ситуации у них нет механизма действия виноват отправитель и все. Так меня лишили материальных средств в размере 1700р. (Отправитель трижды писал заявление на корректировку, безуспешно).

Постоянные очереди. Хамят, выдворяют из отделения. Как начинаешь выяснять причину отказов - угрожают милицией (именно так называет начальница отделения). Она у них на подработке что ли? Ребенку 14-ти лет отказали в выдаче корреспонденции, несмотря на паспорт. Горячая линия ответила, что неправомерно с их стороны. Однако пришлось приехать. После скандала выдали в моем присутствии. Но 15 минут ссылались на Гражданский кодекс, который кстати, указывает на право 14-ти летнего получать лично и самостоятельно свою корреспонденцию с паспортом. Постоянные очереди, особенно в будние дни. Раньше часто закрывались среди рабочего дня. Сейчас боятся. почтальон работает ужасно. недавно принесли извещение из суда месячной давности. Заседание суда уже прошло. Работают из рук вон плохо. Постоянно жалуются на нехватку зарплаты, как будто это я им так мало плачу, и я виновата. Отпускают медленно, и только из одного окна. Оператора попросила однажды проверить есть ли еще посылки на мое имя. Три раза она проверяла, сказала - нет. Прихожу домой - лежит извещение. Вернулась на почту - она говорит, что в извещении написано Крыловой, а она смотрела - Крылова. Издевательство или тупость?
