Ставлю 1, было меньше, поставила бы меньше. Очереди не было, да лучше бы была. Котельникова «обманщица» оператор связи 3 класса, лишите премии ее))) Отправляли три письма заказных, сумма вышла аж 300 р, уточнила почему так дорого-то, раньше письмо одно выходило р 50-60, а сейчас аж 100 р получилось. Получаю ответ - тарифы повысились, странно пару недель назад была другая цена. Обращаю потом внимание на то, что класс 1 отправка... Говорю зачем вы мне 1 классом отправляете. Получаю ответ, что все предприятия письма 1 классом отправляются. Чувствую бред какой-то. Забираю чеки, выхожу из отделения и звоню в службу поддержки. Ответ поддержки, что это «навязывание услуг» и что я должна написать претензию. Возвращаюсь, гооворю ей, что вы меня обманули, что никто ничего не повышал, что вы мне навязали эту услугу не предупредив. Прошу бланк для претензии.... На что она меня отправляет на Главпочтамт. Ладно звоню в техподдержку, претензию приняли по телефону. У, зла я, очень зла...Кругом обман....

Простые работники почты не просто так же "стараются"))-им же надо "заработать" на премиальные главному почтальону :)

Не так уж давно данное отделение было виужаснейшем состоянии ( я про ремонт), ну сделали ремонт вроде нормально, поставили чудо электроники (электронная очередь) и она даже работала. Народа обычно много на почте в особенности бабули, и данное устройство лично я считаю очень нужно. Никакого срача в очереди и ТД, каждый знает когда его очередь. Так вот к чему я все это, мне очень интересно какого черта это чудо электроники не работает уже с пол года минимум ??? Талоны выдает , но сам телик никогда не работает! И очередь разумеется кто наглый тот и первый. А телик либо не включают сами сотрудники , либо он просто сдох а подчинить или повешать другой у почты России нет. Оценка 1 вам вот именно за это неудобство.

У нас в 110 отделении вообще свернули всю эту очередь. По-старинке ходим
