Извещения о посылках не носят в принципе. 3 или 4 посылки с Китая потеряли в этом отделении. Общая очередь и на платежи и на посылки. Сотрудницы как "мухи" вареные! Конечно у них может и ЗП маленькая и семейные не урядицы, но посетители то причем?

А Ваша работа Дмитрий Маркин заключается собственно в чем? Вы просто переадресовываете нас на сторонние ресурсы... Не проще ли сразу на основе уже двух отрицательных отзывов начать проверку... Вы предлагаете: "оставить претензию в книге жалоб", а Вы их часто проверяете? Да и жалко остальных людей, которые стоят в очереди зачастую часами, так как попросив эту заветную книжку я больше чем уверен, что застопорю и без того неторопливую работу данного отделения... Пока найдут, пока кого не будь пригласят, пока будут отговаривать, объяснять что не успевают... Вы предлагаете: "направить обращение в УФПС региона", окей, писать в свободной форме, сомневаюсь, наверняка есть официальный бланк, которого лично я не нашёл на сайте. Написав в свободной форме нет ни каких гарантий, что письмо не уйдёт в спам. Зато на данном ресурсе я сразу вижу, что претензия ни куда не денется, хотя я предполагал, что Вы уполномочены проводить проверки на основе отзывов! Подобным общением, Вы никогда не переломите отношение населения к "Почте России".

Пришёл в 17.00 в данное почтовое отделение 12 ноября , официальный режим работы до 18.00. Но дверь закрыта, людей не принимают, на клочке бумаги написали собственный график работы до 16.00 и хоть трава не расти... работают по данному графику постоянно, как оказалось ... я конечно понимаю, это же почта, но нагло устанавливать собственный график это перебор!

Все верно, подтверждаю каждое слово. Лишний раз посылку заказывать не хочется, как получишь, что сюда идти.
