несмотря на нехватку персонала, сотрудники стараются быстро обрабатывать почтовые отправления. по крайней мере очень стараются. и стараются вежливо общаться с некоторыми хамами и неадекватными людьми. такие тоже имеются.

Вы работаете по новому графику с февраля до 19:00 так почему у Вас тут указано до 20:00!крайне не доволен, плохо работаете!

Здравствуйте. Я официальный представитель Почты России. Данное почтовое отделение должно работать до 20:00. Для проведения проверки уточните, пожалуйста, дату и время посещения отделения, когда был нарушен режим работы.

Посмотрел расписание в 2Гис написано что почта работает до 20:00 приехал 24.03.16 в 18:58 заходя в отделение просто выгнали. И вопрос вам как представителю Почты РФ: могу ли я получить свою посылку не предоставив извещения??? А то я пришел за посылкой 23.03.16 предоставил паспорт без извещения, мне отказали.

Получить отправление можно без извещения, если Вы обратитесь в отделение с паспортом и трек-номером, который отслеживается на нашем сайте: https://www.pochta.ru/tracking . Для проведения проверки, пожалуйста, уточните ФИО или описание внешности сотрудников, которые отказали Вам в обслуживании 23.03 и 24.03, а также трек-номер отправления, если для получения отправления Вы его предоставляли.

Здравствуйте. В связи с недокомплектом штатных сотрудников в ОПС Радужный 600910 с 17.02.2016 года установлен временный режим работы: пн–пт – с 11:00 до 19:00; перерыв на обед - с 13:00 до 14:00; сб - с 10:00 до 15:00, без перерыва на обед; вс – выходной день. Временный режим работы ОПС Радужный 600910 находится на согласовании в администрации г. Радужный, при этом изменения на официальный сайт Почты России вносятся только после получения вышеуказанного согласования. Отказ в обслуживании правомерен, так как Вы обратились перед закрытием ОПС, когда производилось обслуживание оставшихся в зале клиентов. Приносим Вам свои извинения за доставленные неудобства.
