Это уже из ряда вон выходящее поведение персонала. После обеда у них заклинило дверь спереди и они не могли открыть. Люди ждали по 30 минут. Мы замерзли. Нам даже не вышли и не сказали, что случилось ЧП! Пока сами не подошли к двери с другой стороны почты и не увидели там объявленице, что заклинило дверь с той стороны, что сегодня почта работать не будет. А со стороны двора в отделении видите ли некому работать. А разве люди не могут переместиться из одного зала в другой и выдать посылки? Рабочему человеку и так по графику не попасть и не забрать не посылку не письмо, а тут еще такая халатность! Хоть бы людей пожалели.

Жуткие дамы тут работают. Есть одна приятная женщина, и все... Вечно график меняют. То в субботу в 13.00 вместо 14.00 закрываются, то на буднях в 5 часов, вместо 6. Извещения приносят через неделю после поступления к ним посылки(отслеживаю через приложение Почта России). И имея номер отправления и паспорт ничего вам не выдадут, сделают вид, что вас нет, будут игнорить как школьницы. Бейджев нет, поэтому кто эти неприятные дамы сказать сложно) простоять несколько часов просто так - обычное дело. Наберите нормальных работников. У меня тоже работа не сахар, но до такого издевательства не опускаюсь

Здравствуйте. Я официальный представитель "Почты России" в социальных сетях. Действительно, для получения отправления оператору кроме паспорта нужно предъявить или извещение, или трек-номер (если отправление заказное). В противном случае сотрудники имеют право отказать в поиске. Для проведения служебной проверки по факту ненадлежащей доставки извещений Вам необходимо подать письменное заявление в почтовом отделении по месту доставки отправления или в почтамте по месту проживания. В заявлении указываются сведения об адресах и полных ФИО отправителя и получателя, а также прикладывается копия квитанции, выданная при приёме почтового отправления.
