А ничего так, отделение: предварительно звонят и сообщают о посылке (естественно, если ваш номер указан на ней) - даже с опережением данных по трекингу. Так же работает получение по упрощённой схеме. В общем выше всех похвал. Надеюсь, первое впечатление не будет испорчено в дальнейшем.
