Крепко жму руку тому человеку, который догадался отделить центр приема и выдачи посылок от самого почтового отделения. Уже дважды получала здесь посылки. Мне очень повезло, что такой центр открылся в непосредственной близости от моего дома, так как в большинстве других отделений люди продолжают часами стоять в очереди вместе с теми, кто хочет оплатить КУ или получить пенсию. В помещении очень светло и чисто. Есть стол, за которым можно заполнить бланки. Работают два окна приема и выдачи с энергичными и приветливыми сотрудниками. Для получения посылки теперь не нужно ждать извещения, достаточно лишь по трек-номеру убедиться, что посылка доставлена в отделение. Даже под Новый год, когда центр был сильно загружен, я не провела здесь больше десяти минут. Несмотря на аврал, оператор мило побеспокоилась, смогу ли я сама донести до дома тяжелую посылку. Но конфеты к Новому году рук совсем не оттягивали (:
