Постамат давно не работает. Заказал доставку сюда, получить удалось со второго прихода через оператора, после настоятельных требований. В условиях эпидемии, никакого контроля масок или скопления людей. Это ставит под угрозу жизни, приходящих сюда, многочисленных людей старшего возраста. Руководство почты перегружает своих работников. Они теперь должны, кроме обычных почтовых отправлений, заниматься продажей зелёного горошка, заказами интернет-магазинов, банковскими услугами. Для увеличения посещаемости, при коронавирусе, ещё и банкомат поставили в конце зала. Люди стоят в длинной очереди к банкомату вместе с остальными посетителями почты. Отвратительно.

Прочитав предыдущие отзывы ожидала худшего, но всё оказалось просто прекрасно! Да, ремонт оставляет желать лучшего, но электронная очередь есть и даже работает. Все сотрудники были вежливы, обслужили очень быстро. Вокруг никаких скандалов, споров и недовольств не заметила. Возможно были обновлены кадры, потому что есть несколько очень молодых сотрудниц.

Ужас, а не почтовое отделение! Отношение к людям свинское! Пришли отправить документы в УФМС в 10 утра, заполнили бланк как могли, ибо примера заполнения нет, отстояли очередь.Оператор все по черкала и орала,что это заполнять не надо, тут не так, это не так! Мы все переписали, отстояли вторую очередь. Затем она сказала, что нужны копии документов, мы сходили сделали, когда вернулись вновь отстояли уже третью очередь, после чего она сказала, что корреспонденция принимается после 14:00. Почему сразу нельзя было все сказать?
