Постоянно очереди, работают медленно, как ни приду туда в любое время, каждый раз кого-то обучают, друг на друга злятся. Лучше бы почту отправляли

Как только пришли,на улице стояла очередь , так как в самом отделении было столько людей , что все внутри не помещались. Все сотрудники , в особенности Галина Сергеевна , стали орать, что куда мы все тут приходим и посылать нас в другие отделения . Также стали выгонять на улицу со словами «стойте там, тут вы двери открываете и нам дует». Также сотрудница Любовь сидела без маски, что противоречит всем правилам . Сотрудник Галина Сергеевна крайне груба и неприветлива .

При попытке купить конверт А4 в этом почтовом отделении, была высмеяна все командой служащих. На мой вопрос. почему на витрине конверт есть, а в продаже нет, мне нагло ответили, что "это не ваше дело; вы не в магазин пришли; не нравится, идите на другую почту; конверт с витрины даже не в базе и не продаётся". На другой вопрос, почему все витрины почты забиты шампунями, памперсами. всяким хламом, но не конвертами, служащие впали в истерику. Почта мне не понравилась. Из-за отсутствия обычного конверта мне навязали дорогостоящий пластиковый и отправили обычное письмо бандеролью с переплатой.

Очередь хоть и большая в основном, но обслуживают и все делают без нареканий! Забирал посылки раз 10, и все разы находили и отдавали правильно. Молодцы, хорошо работаете!)
