Приятное обслуживание, но огромнейший минус - расчет только за намичный расчёт. Это в 21-м веке. С такой мощной рекламой ПочтаБанка. Стыдно за Вас господа!

Интересно, но Факт; Положили в ящик пакет из Китая, сверку квитанция ЖКХ, но пакет вскрыт и пуст. Самое интересное;-вскрыт не ногтем, а ножницами. Что хочешь, то и думай. Ящик закрыт...!

Отвратительное отделение, два месяца пытаюсь получить информацию, пришла ли моя посылка. Сначала с криками посылали и говорили, что информацию дают только по предъявлению паспорта, а теперь придумали новую отговорку, что типо компьютеры не работают! Я живу в другом месте, потратил на проезд больше, чем стоит моя покупка! Кто возместит мне все затраты? Просто беспредел какой-то!!! На сайте продавца мой товар уже давно снят с публикации о покупке, это уже не первый случай, когда в данном отделении мне намеренно не выдают посылку (даже если она находится там).

Представляете Александр, есть такая штука, как интернет, и там можно отследить свою посылку. https://www.pochta.ru/tracking Если отследить нельзя, или посылка потерялась, или вам хамят в отделении то можно написать в чат поддержки. https://www.pochta.ru/support Но если и этого не достаточно, то смело звоните на горячую линию 8-800-2005-888 операторы предоставят вам информацию о посылке а так же зафиксируют ваше негодование.
