Не приносят вовремя уведомления о посылка с али экспресс и джума, посылки уходят потом обратно, а мы даже не в курсе!!! Приносят, когда вышел срок уже. И так уже не первый раз!!!

Часто забираю и отправляю посылки в этом отделении и меня все устраивает. Сотрудники вежливые,стараются,чтобы очереди большие не скапливались, по сравнению с прошлым годом. Конечно есть очереди в любом отделении почты России, если не хотите ждать - заказывайте курьерскую доставку или отправляете платными службами доставки.

Зам. начальника почты- девушка очень неграмотная, неуважительная, вопросы решать не умеет, потому что не хватает компетентности. Но зато есть там один парень, который не вписывается в эту систему, потому что очень выгодно отличается от остальных работников. Толковый, сразу старается разобраться в проблеме, чтобы помочь решить ее. Удивил своей компетентностью и уважительностью к клиентам. Большой ему респект!!

Работают целый день с 8.00-20.00 Народу стало меньше, не то что раньше по графику, вечная толпа. Обслуживание быстрое.
