При мне вчера оператор не поленилась встала со своего места, а затем грубо и нагло выгнала посетителей, хотя до закрытия ещё оставалось 20 минут, отвратительно было видеть такой отношение

Самое ужасное отделение почты во всем городе, на других почтовых отделениях проблемных клиентов посылают на ..., за дорогу, в этом почтовом отделении, в угоду идиоту, который принёс пачку заказных писем и стоит клеит на них свои марки, задерживая сразу одно окно на пол дня, это норма, операторы и рады, стоит очередь 15 человек и за час не продвигается. Не обслуживайте клиентов что тратят более 5 минут в окне оператора. Либо для таких клиентов сделайте отдельное окно, пусть стоят там в своей компании целый день. К операторам претензий нет, но почему-то именно на это почтовое отделение тянет весь сброд, которому трудно оплатить все что нужно в банке, но нет, прутся на почту, это же почта, приём и отправка посылок и тому подобного. 92 отделение ***ный ад.

Хорошее отделение! Недавно они сделали ремонт. Уже кое-где (на полу, в частности) пора переделывать. Но пока находиться в помещении приятно, светло. Сотрудники обслуживают быстро, всегда как минимум 2-3 сотрудницы работают в окошках. Очереди не такие уж большие. Наверное, хотят внедрить электронную очередь, но сомневаюсь, что приживётся. Приятный прогресс Почты России: теперь посылки можно получать по СМС-коду, для этого нужно написать заявление в почтовом отделении. Мелкие посылки с недавних пор кладут прямо в почтовый ящик.

Нормальное отделение почты. Даже чисто у них. Не отвечают на звонки потому, что закрыты на ремонт с 15 01 по 30 апреля 18 года. Сам звонил сегодня, негодовал.... Потом жена фотку объявления о ремонте прислала. Ищем их на Кувыкина 23.
