А мне нравится это отделение, хороший и вежливый персонал)

сегодня пришла за посылкой девушка взяла трек код вернулась с посылкой и начала обслуживание других на мой вопрос как моя посылка я первая только сказала сервис не работает и то когда я спросила. потом обслужили всех было ещё три человека я ждала. осталась одна они сели с девочками и стали болтать о личном забыв про меня. на вопрос когда сервер заработает сказали не знаем нахамили. я тупо прождала 40 минут и ушла не получив ответ и посылку.

Ходила вечером на почту отправлять две почтовые открытки за границу. Наклеила на обе открытки марки на 40 рублей каждую (согласно тарифу на момент отправления, 20.12.2017, 35 рублей на наземные перевозки и 40 рублей на авиа). Работники почты сказали, что надо 45 рублей, якобы новый тариф. Я давно не проверяла информацию, поэтому поверила на слово. Как вы уже поняли, меня обманули и взяли лишние деньги за отправку. Спросила, есть ли маленькие марки, т.к. места на открытке оставалось мало, и попросила наклеить аккуратно(!). В итоге маркой с новгородским кремлем закрыли марку, которую я очень долго искала и которую просил получатель, и закрыли имя адресата. Еле смогла выпросить у работников одну открытку, чтобы как-то дописать имя. Что там случилось со второй - не знаю и даже страшно представить, потому что мне так ее и не дали посмотреть, а просто унесли все, что я отправляла. Очень расстроили безразличие и безответственность работников данного отделения. Мне не столько жалко потраченные впустую 10 рублей, сколько то, что они испортили две замечательные открытки. Стала бы я советовать это почтовое отделение? Однозначно нет. Если есть возможность отправить письмо, просто положив его в почтовый ящик, то лучше поступить именно так, чем тратить время, стоя в очереди, и нервы.
