Вчера пришла с сыном получить посылку на почту по адресу проспект Авиастроителей 17.посылку оформлял муж на своё имя. Но у нас был трекинг-номер. Женщина оператор начала нести чушь, что им не разрешено выдавать чужим людям. Слушайте, муж тратил своё время,заполнял документы, чтобы закрепить электронную подпись и потом без проблем получать посылки. Сказано, что при получении посылки необходимо просто назвать трекинг-номер, или его отсканировать(у нас он был на телефоне), после чего назвать номер телефона и продиктовать код подтверждения. Но нам посылку так и не выдали. Причём пока мы там находились, пришёл парень, по трекинг-номеру она ему выдала посылку, спросив имя, фамилию, отчество. И откуда, извините, она знает, что этот парень именно тот, на кого была оформлена посылка? Просто пол совпал?!из-за её некомпетентности остались без посылки, ребёнок расстроен, так ждал.Вы уж там определитесь, по каким правилам выдавать! А то какая то хамка теперь решает, выдавать посылку или нет!

Огромные очереди. Чтобы отправить письмо - ждал 1 час, потому что работала только одна касса с приемом безнала. Сотрудники не уважительно общаются.

Моя посылка пролежала в данном офисе месяц. Не было получено не 1 уведомления. дважды был в офисе, для получения других посылок и спрашивал, есть ли что-то на моё имя или на мой адресс. Говорили что нет. По итогу отправили посылку с 5 заказами обратно в китай. Спасибо за "отличную" работу.
