Некорректно указано время работы. Зачем указывать со скольки до скольки работают сотрудники, если с населением они работают в определённые часы? Можно же указать время приёма!

Хамят постоянно. Вводят свои собственные часы работы. Ограничивают работу отделения. На вопросы отвечают хамством. Ждать в отделении, когда начнут работать не разрешают. Посылают чуть ли не на три буквы. Работать не хотят. Жалуются, что у них мало кадров. Принимают кого хотят и как хотят без очереди. Очереди длиннее, чем в советское время за колбасой. Ждать приходится по полчаса, пока тебя обслужат. Коробок для отправления посылок нет даже в продаже. Отвратительное отделение, в целом немногим лучше 31-го.

На выдаче посылок работает хамоватая (полная) темноволосая дама.... на элементарную просьбу заодно посмотреть есть ли ещё посылки. Ответила - «сколько заказывали , столько и будете ходить. Может будете меньше заказывать!». За последние дни сходила уже несколько раз, хотя все извещения от одного числа. Неужели трудно отдавать сразу все посылки?! А так же сотрудницы едят на рабочем месте (яблоки,печенья). Мне как клиенту это все видеть не особо приятно ...

Я в замешательстве. Заказывала посылки на али. Заказы отслеживаются, мне пишут, что заказ уже на месте вручения. Прихожу на почту, а там говорят, что его(заказ) невозможно отследить, продавец с али мне врет. Ну и естественно, моей посылки у них нет. У кого нибудь было такое?

У вас почтовый идентификатор есть? На сайте почты он отслеживается? Если нет - то тут и правда вопросы к продавцу.

Нет, на сайте почты он никак не отображается.

Да там просто не хватает сотрудников. Посылок много, а человек 1 или 2. Посылка может лежать в мешках на почте неделями. Ужасно в общем..
