Ужасное обслуживание,уведомления почтальон не приносит.Пришла посылка,не позвонили, у меня посылка не отслеживалась и месяц пролежала на почте как выяснилось, позвонили только в последний день .На фразу "Мне обычно приходит оповещение с почты смс ,что пришла посылка" сказали,самой звонить надо.Прийти я на почту не могу,забрать посылку, т.к. грудной ребёнок, на,что мне ответили "прогуляйтесь" или щас буду отправлять обратно.Естественно никуда я не пошла, ребёнку месяца нет и тяжести поднимать мне нельзя после родов и коляску с 5 этажа и ребенка таскать не могу,и находится она в 3 км от моего дома,но дамочка сказала, что ей слабо что что-то верится в это. Я в шоке,какой у вас персонал работает и какое право они имеют так разговаривать.
