Отвратительное отделение, хамское отношение работниц почты. Приехала 22.02 в 16:15, потому что по горячей линии сказали ,что график работы до 18:30. Сотрудницы почты спокойно выйти сказать не могут, что график работы их почтового отделения изменился, и что -то кричат из-за стекла и двери. Но кульминацией было, когда пулей по очереди они вылетели из отделения, захлопнув роль-ставни и не оборачиваясь что -то пробурчали,тыкая пальцем туда, где висел новый график, среди десятков других .Браво, клиентоориентированность на уровне!

Слава почтовым богам! Наконец-то нормальное, удобно расположенное, красивое отделение и сотрудники хорошие, приветливые, оперативные, не орущие.

Безобразие полнейшее!!!!! Времени нет катастрофически, еле вырвалась с работы и побежала на почту за посылкой которое уже неделю лежит. В уведомление написано выдача производится по адресу....сб. с.10.00 до 16.00. Заметьте до 16.00!!!!! Мне в 15.45 отказались в выдаче посылке наложенным платежем, так как касса уже закрыта, деньги упакованы и ждут инкассаторов. А я при чем? выдайте и пакуйте. У вас написано выдача до 16.00 вот и выдайте. Если касса закрывается в 15.45 так и пишите выдача до 15.45. Почему то, когда ко мне люди на прием приходят, я их не выгоняю со словами у меня обед начался или у меня рабочий день закончился. если не решены все вопросы за время приема решаем до полного решения всех поставленных вопросов. И хотелось к себе такого же отношения. Закрывайте свое отделение в 16.00 и пакуйте что вам угодно. Теперь надо как-то в обед отпросится с работы и с другого конца города ехать чтоб получить посылку, а то и вечером не успею опять касса закроется 18.15 ведь получить можно до 18.30!!! Получу посылку и больше не буду пользоваться услугами этого отделения. Уж лучше поеду в 21 пусть и очередь но работают с 8 и до 20.00. Полный отстой отделение номер 30!!!
