ЦИТАТА: уже 4ре дня работает пол-компьютера и по этому мы не можем продать вам пакетик, а без него отправить нельзя только зря простоял очередь, даже объявление не потрудились повесить или оповестить послали в другое отделение за пакетиком

Самый медленный сотрудник, которого я когда-либо встречала в своей жизни... 40 минут выдаёт 1 письмо. Подходят без очереди «купить коробочку», ну вроде быстро должно быть-но у неё это ещё 20 минут. Посылки не находит, говорит ничего нет, хотя я хожу на почту уже после звонка почтальона, что меня ожидает посылка. На следующий день после невыдачи посылки, мне опять звонят и просят прийти и забрать её. Директор почты-противная сварливая женщина, которая на все отвечает-не нравится -сами поработайте на такую зарплату! Если бы они все уволились вместе с директором, у почты России не было бы выхода и они бы набрали весь новый штат, так что это банальная лень и нелюбовь к людям со стороны «работающих» там сотрудников!

Стараюсь избегать пользоваться услугами этой почты. Много ли у них сотрудников или мало - работают неорганизованно, медленно. Сегодня пошла за бандеролью (наложенный платёж), отстояла 1 час 40 минут в очереди в одно окно(была 8-ая!), заполнила нужные бланки, но работники стали отсылать от одного окна к другому, каждая отпиралась, что у неё долго будет !!! Кто-нибудь из начальства читает наши записи? Объясните мне: почему они пререкались, кто мне отдаст эту бандероль? В очереди я отстояла, бланки заполнены, бандероль отыскала другая работница, она лежала на виду в поле моего зрения, деньги 5 тысяч 300 рублей приготовлены. Если кому-нибудь интересно, чем закончился инцидент: я ушла, оставив бандероль. НЕ СОВЕТУЮ ЭТО УЧРЕЖДЕНИЕ!!!
