Для чего стоит терминал для талонов, непонятно, наведите порядок в этой системе, грубая сотрудница начальник почты Замешаева М. видимо недовольна своей работой, зачем тогда занимать чьё-то место?

Судя по отзывам тут все зависит от работника, лично мне попался адекватный человек который помог мне разобраться в получении моей посылки (забираю заказ впервые).Единственный минус - это большие очереди, отстоял в ней около часа, если не два.

В ходе обращения к начальнику ОПС 13 Марине Владимировне не могу ничего сказать отрицательного в ее адрес. Марина Владимировна при выполнении своих профессиональных обязанностей аккуратна и компетентна, руководствуется принципами справедливости, объективности, беспристрастности, независимости и равноправия. При обращении к Марине Владимировне всегда разъясняет по возникшем вопросам ее деятельности, при общении с людьми тактична, корректна. Марина Владимировна свою работу выполняет качественно. С моей стороны к Марине Владимировне нет претензий по ее работе, какие либо замечания мною не установлены. Хочется также отметить трудоспособность Марины Владимировны, Марина Владимировна характеризуется мною как оптимичтично-настроенный, позитивно мыслящий и уверенный в себе работник. Эти качества позволяют ей в разных ситуациях прийти к правильному решению. Умение работать не просто в спокойных, но и в стрессовых ситуациях помогает всегда держать руку на пульсе событий. Зрелый ум, профессионализм, способность контролировать свои эмоции, на мой взгляд главные качества Марины Владимировны.

Первый раз пришел почтовое отделение 670013, 10.09.2020,сразу начал пробивать талончик,он спокойно выкатывался,оператор крикнула "по живой очереди"с чем это связано непонятно,т.к терминал работал,второе оператор без маски,не в форме,без бейджика,берите пример у образцового отделения 670042, люди один за одним говорят в очереди что посылки именно тут теряются
