Пять звезд за то, что стало очень удобно получать посылки. Почтальон Оксана в вайбере отправляет фото моей посылочки, и в ближайшее время, я могу по пути зайти и забрать. Регистрация по смс тоже здорово сократила время. Не надо возвращаться за паспортом, и таскать его с собой . Система квитанций себя изжила. Очень долго и не практично. Понимаю, что вайбер, скорее всего, это личная инициатива почтальона. Но зато понятно, к чему стремится в улучшении качества и скорости обслуживания клиентов. Девочки, пять звёзд это вам! Люди на почте работают самоотверженные.
