Ужасное отношение работников к клиентам. Ситуация такова: моей матери пришло заказное письмо 23-м апреля, принесли извещение 24, забрать письмо не получилось, т.к выпало на выходные дни почты. Сегодня, 28 апреля, мать приходит за письмом, ей же говорят, что никакого письма у них нет, мы долго его не забирали, и вообще они отправили его обратно в суд. На вопрос: с какой стати и зачем они отправили письмо обратно в суд, если срок хранения письма до 23 мая, ответа добиться не удалось. Пришлось ругаться и с горем попалам сотрудники почты все таки нашли письмо и отдали его. Зачем устраивать этот концерт - непонятно. И это не первый случай такого отношения на этой почте! В следующий раз буду просто звонить на горячую линию.

Почта расположена не по месту но это не их вина. Изначально были на Кирзаводе потом перевели почту в 70 школу. И конечная остановка на Серово. Сотрудники вежливые но почему то меняются часто. Кроме Заведующей почтой. Очень хорошее отношение к адекватным людям которые относятся к любой работе с уважением а не качают свои права портят все отзывы об этом месте.
