Самое отвратительное отделение, персонал безответственный!!! На телефон не отвечают совсем!!! Три дня звонил так и не поговорил по одной важной проблеме, пришлось топать к ним. Директор похоже спать приходит в это отделение.

Очередь долгая. Халатное отношение сотрудников к посылкам. Долгое ожидание получателя посылки. Пошёл с подругой на почту, она зашла после перерыва в помещение почти самая первая, но вышла практически последняя. Сказала что так долго из-за какого-то мужика, который всё никак не мог отправить посылку. Это обрлщение к людям, которые не могут нормально закрыть дверь: какого Чёрта вы так небрежно оброщаетесь с дверью.? Сотрудники почты хорошие, прям булочки с корицей, по словам подруги. Посылку выдали быстро, но из-за очереди ждал долго. Почта хорошая впринципе.!

Отвратительное обслуживание, на клиента вообще не ориентированы. Установили себе не понятный график работы. Пришла сегодня в 12:10 отказались обслужить ссылаясь на свой график. Каждый день работаю, раньше в субботу забирала посылки, сейчас работают до 17:00, как попасть???? На сайте одна информация по факту другая и никто ни за что не отвечает. Оформила он-лайн доставку на дом, так никто и не позвонил в течении двух дней, пришлось отменить, с большим трудом отпросилась с работы и вот результат- не обслужили. Больше времени перепиралась со мной ещё руководителем назвалась.
