Никогда ничего про это отделение плохого сказать не мог, все было ок. Однако сегодня мне и еще одному человеку нужно было забрать посылку, пришли часов в 5, дверь закрыта. Потом оттуда кто-то выходит, говорят у них "программа не работает". Щито? Неужели нельзя выдать вручную, 21 век как бы. Ну все, программа не работает, значит нужно пузом вверх лежать.

Режим работы указан с вт по сб, в сб с 9 до 17! Горячая линия отвечает что отделение работает! По факту ты во первых подходишь к крыльцу и крестишься что бы оно не упало под тобой! А во вторых упираешься в закрытые двери! Когда попасть на почту если ты работаешь в графике 5/2?! В наше время за коммуналку платят онлайн, письма в основном по электронной почте, все что осталось не изменённым это посылки! И то большая часть пользуется услугами транспортной услугами компании!

24 января 2018г. пришла в почтовое отделение в 17:15, висит объявление что в связи с температурным режимом отделение работает до 17:00!!!!!! И показали бумаги Распоряжение УФСП Кемеровской области № 8.3.13-01/1 от 24.01.2018г. "О погодных условиях" за подписью Директора Мазуров К.Н. Где четко говорится, что составляется акт о температуре в производственном помещении, после чего составляется распоряжение на основании которого либо сокращается время пребывания на рабочем месте, либо полностью прекращается работа. Акт мне не показали, распоряжение предоставлено не было. На основании вышеизложенного делаю вывод, что работники почтового отделения № 31 самовольно сократили время рабочего дня, что не допустимо!!!!!!
