Отвратительное отделение. Дозвониться невозможно. График работы, указанный в интернете, не соответствует действительности. График работы на новогодние праздники вообще непонятен. Его просто невозможно узнать, потому что к телефону они не подходят , пак

Очень все медленно!!!!!! Каждый раз по 30-40 минут приходится ждать. По прямому назначению не воспользоваться. Из-за бабуль с платежками приходится стоять полдня, чтобы получить посылку. По горячей линии можно позвонить, сообщить про большую очередь, но от этого ничего не решится, все равно будете стоять ждать.
