Адская очередь, в которой можно простоять целый день. Даже дорогостоящие посылки (больше 2 тыс.) приходят на худайбердину 131, хотя на худайбердина мы должны забирать только посылки до 300 рублей. Заявление на розыск отправления принимать отказываются под разными предлогами.

Я находился в другом городе, попросил отца получить посылку маленькую. Не выдали. Аргументом было то, что она международная, хотя у меня подключена услуга выдачи посылок без извещения и паспорта по смс коду. Мне не понятно в чем причина. Раньше получал проблем не было...может что поменялось)) или до этого не правильно работали. Короче все равно мне почта России не нравится, по-этому от всего сердца ставлю 1) надеюсь когда-нибудь они уберут все эти конфеты печенья тушёнки и прочее... колхозники

Хотел бы выразить благодарность сотрудникам данного отеделения за понимание и отзывчивость в решении возникших вопросов. Я позвонил по телефону 26.10.2020 и попросил доставить заказное письмо, сотрудница почты сразу приняли заявку на доставку на 27.10.2020. После чего я благополучно получил 27.10.2020 в 15.30 от почтальона обозначенное заказное письмо. Сотрудники данного отделения очень доброжелательны и всегда идут на встречу клиенту при возникновении любых вопросов. Так же особую благодарность хотелось бы выразить сотруднице которая доставляет письма - большое вам человеческое спасибо!!!

Два раза по телефону просила проинформировать о поступлении бандероли. Оба раза получила вежливые и полные ответы. С получением бандероли проблем тоже не было. Процедура заняла не более пяти минут. Почтовое отделение № 118 работает на высоком уровне.
