Старший сотрудник отделения - девушка приятной внешности, но очень грубо разговаривает с клиентами. При обращении к ней с вопросом отсылает к стажеру, а потом вмешивается в ситуацию и при этом грубит.

Изменился режим работы отделения. В свой выходной- понедельник, не могу забрать посылку,у них тоже выходной. Работают до 18:00. Чтобы забрать отправления, нужно оформлять доставку до двери за свои деньги

Посещал от безвыходности данное отделение . Почитав все отзывы тут, мне стало очень смешно. видно, где люди сами писали отзыв, где сотрудники данного отделения. Так вот, заехал в очередной раз злополучное отделение и, как всегда нарывался на любезности. У меня ещё спросили «дано вас не было» ,ещё бы давно -это не то слово , за километр объезжал это отделение. Перенёс 2 посылки одну с трудом взвесили, а вот вторую хрен тебе. Директор ругался с сотрудниками и мне досталось. Вы че вообще пришли и тд. Идите в своё отделение на Мира, там и отравляйте. 10 раз сказал себе не порть себе жизнь, не приезжай в это отделение . А я себе да ладно, все люди у кого то настроение не очень. Нет у них всегда плохое настроение. Не рекомендую всем это отделение. У меня столько негатива не было никогда. Уехал на жоп..ной тяге. Данные сотрудники считают, если они работаю за 13 тысяч рублей в данном отделение это их проблемы. Ещё и меня звали на работу , сказали 2 вакантных должностей.

ОЧЕРЕДИ БЕСКОНЕЧНЫЕ! Когда бы не пришел. Обслуживание очень медленное. Народ стоит зимой на улице,запускают по 3 человека. Примите пожалуйста меры.
