Очень маленькое отделение. Особенно в дни пенсий стоять приходиться на улице. Работает обычно три окна. Хорошо появилась возможность записаться онлайн. К сотрудникам претензий нет.

Что блин за инструкции? Какого фига если я указал ваш почтовый индекс вы отправляете посылку по месту прописки. Якобы "китайцы" ошиблись. Сами вы китайцы блин!

грубый персонал!!!!!!!! постоянно ломается аппарат, составляющий очередь!! вечные очереди, совсем неэффективные медленные работники! кошмар! безобразие!

-5 звезд. 3й раз прихожу. Ищут посылку там же, где уже по несколько раз искали, говорят, что поищут еще и перезвонят. Не перезванивают. В итоге срок хранения истек, пришлось писать заявление о потере посылке по СОБСТВЕННОЙ инициативе. Не выдали ручку и говорят, что заявление я должен своей ручкой писать. Пока искали посылку, пока писал я писал заявление, отложив мою проблему, сотрудники занимались вопросами других посетителей И Я ПО НЕСКОЛЬКО РАЗ ЗАНОВО ЖДАЛ В ОЧЕРЕДИ! В ПОЛИКЛИНИКЕ СТОЛЬКО НЕ ЖДЕШЬ. ЕСЛИ ПОСЫЛКУ НЕ НАШЛИ, СРАЗУ ПИШИТЕ ЗАЯВЛЕНИЕ НА РОЗЫСК ПОСЫЛКИ.

Я была во многих отделениях почты России в нашем городе. И давно уже для себя решила: никогда не пойду в другие отделения, так как лучше, быстрее, приветливее меня не обслуживали еще нигде. Спасибо работникам почтового отделения 195213
