Была небольшая очередь минут на 10, как раз хватило упаковать посылку. Приятная вежливая девушка ее быстро приняла, все данные записала быстро, разве что пакет для отправки искала минуты 3-4. После предыдущих двух отделений, которые просто были закрыты в рабочее время - как бальзам на душу

Пришел за посылкой на почту с трек номером без извещения. Говорит без извещения не даем, спрашиваю почему так, ведь всегда заполнял извещение у них в отделении, сказала извещений нет. Пошел домой, заполнил на сайте извещение и распечатал, прихожу на почту, теперь нужен номер самого извещения который у них в компьютере,видимо, и выдает ответ: "У меня компьютер завис". В эпоху информационных технологий, во время гипер, ультра, мега развития компьютерной индустрии мне говорят завис компьютер, моя посылка черт побери в метре от меня и я не могу ее получить.

Филиал ада на земле. Физики с 1 письмом и юрики со стопкой писем в одной очереди! Вечером работает 1 окно! Окон должно быть больше, персонал то ли чаи гоняет, то ли читает но не работает. Очереди по 10-15 человек. Обслуживание просто отвратительно. Всего два окна! Зато зал заставлен бесполезным хламом на продажу, от игрушек до мыла и стирального порошка! Почта должна людей обслуживать а не хлам продавать! Целых два сидячих места. Окна закрыты, сауна и жара. Крики и вопли.. Добро пожаловать в филиал АДА - Ваша почта России!
