Отправляла письмо, попросила заказным отправить. 2 раза проговорила, но оператор решила сделать по своему - отправила первым классом. Заметила только тогда, когда выдали чек. К сожалению сама не обратила внимания на итоговую сумму при оплате. Отправления первым классом значительно дороже простых! Уважаемы работники отделения, я понимаю что у вас планы на отправления 1-го класса которые нужно выполнять, но нужно работать с клиентами так, чтобы они сами захотели отправить этим видом отправления, а не делать это втихушку!
