В общем, претензий нет. Но почему-то трубку не брали, два дня не могла дозвониться, и я не могла узнать точное время работы во время карантина. На сайте почты России мне дали информацию неверную, пришла с работы за посылкой около семи (сообщили, что до 20.00), но по новому расписанию, они закрылись раньше. Пришлось идти на следующий день... И это в условиях, когда рекомендовано было сидеть дома. Может, телефоны указаны неверно???

Хорошее отделение,девочки добрые,посылки приходят в хорошем состоянии,не раз отправлял и получал посылки ,пока претензий нету)) так держать!

По телефону работают не вежлевые девушки. Звонила утром для того, чтоб проконсультироваться,так сначала сбрасывали трубку, на что потом взяли трубку со словом "ДА" не поздоровалась, так еще и грубо ответили с 10 работаем и трубку сбросили. Научите ваших работников вежлево разговаривать по телефону!!!
