Это полный трэш! Оператор Татьяна хамит и целенаправленно вредничает. Демонстративно работает как амеба. Я уж не говорю про элементарное "здравствуйте" и т.п. Как таких людей в государственное учреждение берут - не понятно. Я бы ей кроме половой тряпки ничего бы не доверил..

Здравствуйте. Я официальный представитель Почты России в социальных сетях. Напишите, пожалуйста, о ситуации подробнее, когда сотрудник вел себя некорректно, указав индекс отделения, дату и время посещения, описание внешности сотрудника.

Очень редко пользуюсь почтой потому что интернет рулит, но благодаря этому почтовому отделению сложилось крайне негативное представление о Почте России! Во-первых, рабочий график не как написано, а именно в будни с 8 до 19, а в субботу с 9 до 14. Во-вторых очередь огромная в любое время, так как в зале всегда один сотрудник работает. Зашел за посылкой в субботу 15 февраля в 11 часов - в зале народу человек 30. Вид как на вокзале в зале ожидания: кто стоит в очереди, кто у столов сидит, кто на подоконниках и единственный сотрудник огрызается на всех и крутится как белка в колесе! Сфоткать надо было. Стоять не стал, сегодня (понедельник) пойду еще раз после работы (пришлось отпроситься пораньше).
