Ужасное почтовое отделение. Уже несколько дней подряд не могу получить свои посылки. Работает только одно окно, очередь длинная, и все на получение пенсии. Сделали хотя бы 2 рабочих окна - одно на выдачу посылок, другое на пенсию и очередь бодрее двигалась бы

Сколько ни обращаюсь, мне всегда помогают, подсказывают, проблем нет. Мне нравится это отделение, потому что здесь всегда очень вежливые и терпимые работницы. Сегодня я в очередной раз зашла за своими посылками и стала свидетельницей вопиющего случая, стоя в очередни. А время было примерно после 7 вечера, одной дамочке не понравилось, что работники почты, помимо того, что ДОЛЖНЫ СИЮ МИНУТУ ЗАМЕНИТЬ ЕЙ ЛОТО БИЛЕТ, занимаются и другой работой. Ей объяснили, что одна из работниц закончила работать в 19:00. Ее очередь подошла, и она с ходу же начала кричать на бедную девушку, которая сидела в окне, обвинять ее в медленной работе, предлагать ей сменить место работы, где можно «работать медленно», требовать книгу жалоб (ну да, это же ГЛАВНОЕ решение проблемы) Сама же своими бредовыми идеями задержала очередь. Когда подошла уже моя очередь, та же самая девушка очень быстро обслужила меня (1-2 минуты) Человек за день устал! Наслушался столько гадостей и так за день, конечно ей стало обидно! Я вступаюсь за неё, потому что сама работаю в сфере услуг и тоже с этим вечно сталкиваюсь. Девушка светленькая, с большими красивыми глазами. Прошу не ругать ее, а войти в положение.
