Большая очередь, не работает электронная очередь, нет распределения клиентских потоков, работают 2 окна. К сотрудникам Почты претензий нет, а к организации работы много вопросов.

Ужаснейшее отделение. Когда бы не пришел очереди человек по 50-70. После 17:00 работают только 2 окошка(хотя люди с работы идут, и необходимо увеличить количество сотрудников. Книгу жалоб из отделения убрали(наверное заканчивается быстро) уведомления приходят либо поздно либо никогда. Посылки кидают в ящик(бери кто хочет)! На все вопросы сотрудники отвечают-: а что мы сделаем? Разорваться не можем! Руководство - примите меры!!!!

Сегодня забрала посылку, внутри пакета была коробка небольшая, показалось что очень легкая, времени вскрыть не было; но уже дома обнаружила что пакет был вскрыт, крем вынули и все напечатали(( люди будьте бдительны, кто получает посылки

Прекрасное обслуживание, очереди ушли в прошлое, есть терминал электронной очереди для талонов как в сбербанке, на обслуживание человека уходит меньше минуты, километровые очереди, которые были раньше, из 30-40 человек теперь пролетают буквально за 5-10 минут, словом спасибо почте России, за первоклассное обслуживание, высококачественный сервис, и квалифицированный вежливый персонал. На почту теперь хожу как на праздник:)
